Paolo, Karim & Michel have just been introduced into the very select club of runners that run 21 MDS.

Paolo is the Italian AOI representant . He belongs to the people that knows how to manage a running. Rarely in the red, he ends each MDS in good physicals conditions.He is a lively person as well as an emotional person too. He can't hold his emotion when a compatriot wins especially when it's a woman.
 
Karim participated to more than 100 nature races on 4 continents. This exceptional globe trotter is in a wonderful health condition. he is never hurt. The MDS lover is also involved into relieving the pain of people throught the "Amicale Marocaine des Handicapés".
"In 1989 I runned the third edition and I brought back with me a little dog called Zagora (name of the town where I found her). She went with me for the seventh following MDS edition and she became a mascot. I saw this raid growing; it's my favorite race. I participate in it since 1989".

Michel is one of the most remarquable national & international character. Well-known as the Indian because of his famous head-gear, or disguised in Marquee or in Xmas tree or the Eiffel tower, the minstrel magnetizes the media. He has got a typical "Titi parisien" way of talking such as : "we pay to shit there, but seen that we shit there, it's cheap paid". But he is also the president of the DROIT AU COEUR Association which participate to the set up of solar pump (but not only) in the south of Marrocco. He is also the manager of the Marne & Gondoire Race which takes place in June near Paris since 4 years.
 
 
Besides their passion for the MDS, those 3 guys are very enthousiatics with a clear tendency for the pleasures of life. All the AOI team is happy to have shared these 21 years of feelings with them and congratulate them  for their exceptional performance.
