« Courir en liberté »
« We run in the desert for those who are lost in the desert ». Such is the moto of the association ‘’Courir en liberté’’. Founded in 1991, it aims at gathering its members for a run as often as possible. The 25th Sultan Marathon des Sables is their perfect playground. Eight members came to take part, including the president Thierry Roulet (197-FR). Beyond just running and going to one’s limit, Thierry, Alain (286-FR), Jérôme (304-FR), Pierre (329-FR), Sylvie (330-FR), Jacky (332-FR), Thierry (337-FR) and Vincent (359-FR) came to raise funds for France Alzheimer. Like many of their fellow runners, each of them endeavoured to sell the 250km of this 25th Sultan Marathon des Sables, so as to give it all to this worthy charity.
