Théo or you cannot pull out
The little troubles of daily life seem laughable when you read a story like this. 7 year old Théo, from the Lorrain area, had the most terrible form of meningitis. To save him, doctors had no choice but to amputate this young boy of both arms and both legs. He is still growing, so he cannot wear prosthetics and must get around in a wheelchair. Touched by such a story, six members of ‘’Infinie Passion’’ are running the Sultan Marathon des Sables for him and to raise awareness about this cause. The president of this charity, Armand Asli (291-FR), is running his second MDS. Joël Damas (292-FR), Mickaël Robin (295-FR), Viviane Schmitt (296-FR), Armelle Guillaume (297-FR) and Catherine Muller (298-FR) have joined him for this edition. And the mere thought of pulling off is simply out of the question. Out of respect for Théo, now 9 years old, who will actually be there on the finish line to congratulate them. After the 82.2 long stage, our team is still whole. Well done and best of luck!
