TYPICAL ORDER OF EVENTS FOR EACH DAY/STAGE
• 06.00 to 07.00 am
- Staff will dismantle the camp (tents), please do not hinder this process or cause delays
- Breakfast: self sufficiency
• 06.30 to 07.30 am
- Distribution of mineral water (compulsory check point), water quotas will be distributed to you at beginning of CP1
• Between 08.30 and 09.00 am:
- start stage (except 1st stage and 82 km stage, see Art.10)
Every day watch for the organisation paper board
• At each controle
- Water will be distributed (different quantities at some stages)
- Water ration card will be marked accordingly
- The medical team will check your physical condition
ATTENTION : each competitor must, without fail, present his/her water ration card at each and every controle and at the finish of each daily stage. A penalty will be levied (see article 13 and 28) if this condition is not met.
• Evening / Stage arrival
- Distribution of 4,5 lt of mineral water
- 03.00 to 08.00 pm: Phone / fax / E-mail
- 07.00 pm: information/classification
- Dinner (self prepared foods)
