Jebel Tibert on your right, take the mine footpath to climb up side of Jebel.

Highest point of footpath.

End of the descent.
Km 4 :
End of Jebel on your right. Go NE (compass point 49°). Stony ground.
Km 7 :
Cross big track.
Km 9 :
Cross Aatchana wadi. Sand and vegetation.
Km 10 :
End of wadi. Slightly stony.
Km 12 :
Go NE (compass point 57°) to reach Joufert pass.
Km 13,5 :
Beginning of sand, then small dunes in the pass.
Km15 :
End of small dunes. Go East (compass point 90°). Stony ground.
Km 19 :
End of small hills on right. Flat ground, slightly stony.
Km 21,5 :
Small ruins. Go through palm-trees to reach CP2.
Km 23 :
CP2 at foot of tamarisk trees. Cross dunes, compass point 154° (S/SE direction).
Km 27 :
End of dunes. Large dune with trees on your left. Go S/SE (compass point 166°)
to cross Ma'der El Kebir. Hard packed ground.
Km 31,1 :
Cross large track. Keep same direction.
Km 35 :
Arrive at bivouac N°3. |
